Location: Contra Costa, San Francisco and Alameda Counties
Vacancies are available for all levels of PV installers (PV Installer, Senior PV Installer, Lead Installer)
Lead Installer
Required skills/experiences
- More than 2 years PV installation experience, including at least 6 months of leading a crew
- Team leader with the ability to motivate and manage a team of 2 people
- Understanding of the NEC codes that relate to PV installations
- Proficient in installing all types of grid-tied inverters & able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems
Senior PV Installer
Required skills/experiences
- More than 1 year of PV installation experience
- Understanding of the NEC codes that relate to PV installations
- Proficient in installing all types of grid-tied inverters & able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems
PV Installer
This is a great position for construction workers, roofers, electricians who want to get started in the solar industry.
Required skills/experiences
- No specific PV experience required. However, knowledge of electrical installation, roofing, and general construction is required.
- Willing to be learn about PV solar electric systems installations
General Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer relation skills
- Must be very organized, and be able to meet aggressive timelines
- Willing to do residential, commercial & service work
- Willing to work in extreme environments (hot sun, high places/roofs & crawl spaces).
- Be able to lift at least 100 pounds and not afraid of roof top heights
- Must have a clean valid drivers license
